Do you offer appointments on weekends?
Yes, I offer appointments on weekends. With Idaho mobile physical therapy I work around your schedule.
How long are appointments?
The initial physical therapy evaluation and treatment on day one is scheduled for 90 minutes. Each subsequent session is scheduled for 60-75 minutes.
Do I need a doctors referral?
Doctors referrals are always welcome, but not required. Idaho is a direct access state. However, it is best to check with your insurance company to see if your plan does require a doctors referral to physical therapy.
Will I end up working with an Aide?
No, I do not have any aides. You will get my undivided attention for 60-75 minutes (90 minutes for initial evaluation) every time, no exceptions.
Where in Idaho do you offer your in-home physical therapy services?
I provide in home physical therapy services in Meridian, Eagle, Boise, Star, Nampa, and Kuna.
How soon can I get an appointment?
I can see you within 24 hours of the time you call.
Do you offer dry needling?
Yes, I am a certified dry needling practitioner.
What is cup therapy?
Cup therapy is also known as myofascial decompression (MFD). It addresses restrictions in muscles and connective tissue by improving the mobility of the soft tissue layers. The use of negative pressure with suction cups create space between a soft tissue layers that allows each layer to slide one upon another with improved movement efficiency.

Do you provide physical therapy treatment after surgery?
Yes, I offer physical therapy after surgery. I have devoted myself to staying current on the advancements in surgical techniques and rehabilitation supported by research, soo I can help get you back to 125% as quickly and safely as possible.
